Why I Sell Homes in Greater Danbury, and I'm here for the long haul
(And Why I’m In It for the Long Haul) There is a big difference between selling houses in Danbury and helping build the community you actually live in. If you’ve lived in Danbury, CT for any length of time, you know what makes this place special. It’s the history, cultural & economic diversity, the peace at the meadow at Tarrywille park, the views of Candlewood Lake, the variety of real estate options and the comfort of knowing the people around you. I don’t just work here. I live here.

I went to to school here. You see me out and about in the community helping with things, and at our various local shops. I have several classmates and friends that are in leadership positions in the community. And because I am your neighbor, my approach to real estate is a little different than most. I’m not looking for a quick transaction. I’m in this for the long haul. Here is what that means to me, and what it means for you.
The "Grocery Store" Test In real estate, some agents focus just on closing the sale. They want to get the deal done, collect the check, and move on to the next lead. But I have a different metric for success. I call it the 'Grocery Store Test'. I know that weeks, months, or years after we work together, I'll see you out and about in the community, at Trader Joes, Carluzzi or Shop Rite grocery store. I might even at any of our local restaurants like Rosy's, Pho Vietnam, Square One or Bagelman. We may cross paths at a functional at the Amber Room, seeing a live band at Molly Darcy's or Ellict,or at the mall doing holiday shopping. When that happens, I want to be able to look you in the eye, ask how you’re doing, and feel proud of the work we did together. I don't want to have to look the other way or have things be uncomfortable. I want you to be genuinely happy with the home you bought or the price you got for the one you sold. If a deal isn’t right for you in the long run, I’ll tell you. My reputation and your peace of mind are worth far more than my professional service fee.

Investing in Danbury's Future Every time a home changes hands, it shapes the future of our town. I want to see Danbury continue thrive. I want our schools to stay strong, our local businesses to flourish, and our neighborhoods to remain safe and welcoming. When I help a family buy a home here, I’m not just matching them with 4 walls and a roof. I’m welcoming them into our community. And when I help a neighbor sell, I’m helping them close a chapter of their lives with dignity, respect, and helping them obtain the financial return they deserve.
