Northern Danbury:This is the area off of exit 5 & 6 north of I-84, north of the urban core. These are off of Route 37/Pembroke Road as well as the area off of E Hayestown Road near Candlewood Lake. The area is centered the North Street shopping center.

-Arrowood: These luxuriously appointed units can fit your budget yet so close to Candlewood Lake. The homes feature neat layouts, beautiful setting and a tranquil in-ground pool. lt makes this one of the top choices in this price range. -Covered Bridge: This charming community sits behind a babbling brook & a charming covered bridge.It is an intimate community of 50 spacious two bedroom townhome style units with close to 1200 square feet above grade. Southern Danbury:South Danbury has gotten many recent condominiums built over the last twenty  five years or so. South Danbury is the area along South Street south of city center Danbury. It's a larger residential area with a few restaurants and small stores. It is midway between both downtown Danbury and the village of Bethel,CT. There is also an easy back road option to pick up Route 7 just south of the Danbury Mall.

West Danbury:West Danbury spans from the NY line border on Mill Plain Road through exit 3. Though the neighborhood is historically pricier than most of town, it does have the easiest commute toward New York State. Area attractions include the Danbury Mall, numerous restaurants, shopping, Richter Golf Course , the west side campus of Western CT State University and the Charles Ives Center.

-Pinewood Circle: A unique neighborhood of 1 bedroom ranches and 2 bedroom townhome units off of Park Avenue. Units have gas heat and central air. It is located at 97 Park Avenue. There is also a pool for residents use. 2 bedrooms units either have basement, which may or may not have been finished, or a two car garage.


-Village Square: With a mix of 1,2 & 3 bedroom units, Village Square has something for everybody. There is plenty of parking, an attractive pool, a clubhouse  and recreational facilities. Units have gas heat and central air. You can find Village Square 81-93 Park Avenue in Danbury.
