Woodland Hills is located in the Shelter Rock neighborhood of Danbury along the Bethel line. There are almost always townhomes for sale within the Woodland Hills community of Danbury,CT.  However since Covid, like most of the real estate options in Greater Danbury, inventory has gotten very low. As of March 11,2024, there is 1 'Fenton' model in contract offered at $514,800.  Sale prices from March 10,2023-March 11,2024 have ranged from $400,000-$535,000 per smart mls ct data.  I welcome requests from owners looking for a market opinion on their home if they are considering relocating and need to sell.Rental units, if available, typically run from $2700 to $4000per month, depending on size, plus the tenant paying for utilities excluding than water ,sewer & trash.  If you were to rent, owners pay the maintenance fees for the tenants, allowing them access to the on site amenities.  The community has been classified as PUD for lending purposes, allowing additional lending options including FHA.
