Rivington Hills Townhomes in Danbury, CT

The Rivington community sits upon the hills of Western Danbury in between exit 1 & 2 on I-84. The Rivington neighborhoods features decorative street lamps, neighborhood sidewalks, city water & sewer and underground utilities historically inspired community located on 321 acres on Danbury's West Side. Orginal construction started in 2006 til 2008 and then resumed in in early 2011 through today.Currently, the Rivington Hills community has a outdoor heated pool, cabana and tot lot. .  In the Spring of 2015, a new clubhouse was completed offering amenities including an including an indoor pool, , tennis, fitness center, bocce court and an outdoor pool. The Hills community in the Rivington development offers 6 different home styles (featuring up to 5 different variations) ranging from 1622 to 2577 square feet. The Rivington-The Ridge Collection was started in the Spring of 2014. Located on Country View Lane, Winding Ridge Way and Old Pasture Drive,this community of town homes and carriage houses offer top quality craftsmanship with some of the best views Greater Danbury has to offer. These are spacious townhomes with available main level master suites. Units range from about 1750 square feet to 2700 square feet above grade. Both single story and two story units are found in this phase. Homes are set along Enclave Drive in the eastern side of the community. This collection offers 21 luxurious age restricted homes. These homes range from 1600 to 3000 square feet above grade. 

Just completed in early 2023, the newest section is the Woodlands collection. Buyers  were able to customize their new townhomes to their liking. There are 2 floor plans, the Ansford featuring 1673 square feet or Ashbury featuring 2103 square feet. The Ashbury features 3-4 bedrooms, whereas the Ansford starts with 2 bedroom and can be customized to include up to 4 bedrooms. Initially starting in low $400ks in early 2019, the remaining new builds in the high $600ks with limited resale opportunities and feature an open floor plan, private master bath, 1-2 car tandem garage, central air, gas heat and more. These modern townhomes are located along Brentwood Circle & East & West Cross Trail in Danbury,CT. This section offers172 homes. 

Announced in April 2024, ''Regency at Rivington' has been announced. This luxury living community is for residents over 55 + active adults. Homes will be between about 1900 to 2538 square feet. They will have 2-3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, main level primary suites, bonus space, full basements with the option to finish and a two car garages. Landscaping and snow removal will be provided by the association.  They will be detached. Pricing is excepted to start in the $800,000s.
