Timber Oaks is one of Danbury's newest luxury townhome community. This lovely community accessed off of lower South Street at the Danbury & Bethel, CT line. Set on about 50 acres, Timber Oaks is conveniently located about half way between city center Danbury & downtown Bethel. There are several amenities on site in the Timber Oaks community in Danbury. There is a clubhouse, expansive center park and charming gazebo. In addition, there is an over sized swimming pool, tennis courts & exercise center. The standard features for the townhomes include hardwood floors in the dining room, kitchen, breakfast area & foyer; a modern eat in kitchen with 36 inch cabinets & stainless steel sink and more. All homes central air, gas utilites, exterior deck and maintenance free vinyl siding. Almost all homes have a two car garage, a few only have a single.Common charges run about $419/ month for 23-24 budget year which cover snow removal, landscaping, refuge service, access to the community recreational facilities as well as funds going toward future reserves, verify with property management (REI). On the Danbury side, that includes the water/sewer. It is lower on the Bethel side but owners pay their water/sewer directly to the town..Owners may have invested in additional features in their home to suit their needs when they had they built. Keep in mind, some of the additional features may be for your personal use and enjoyment, and may not increase the value of your real estate.
Timber Oaks is located off of lower South Street in Danbury. The main entrance road is Bainbridge Boulevard which intersects with South Street and the back entrance is off of Mannions Lane. Street in the community are Tucker Street, Lawrence Avenue, Bristol Terrace, Caldwell Terrace, Sampson Terrace, Paulding Terrace,Bainbridge Boulevard and Penny Lane..
