The market for condos in very favorable for buyers. Across the board, there is 8.7 months, which means if the current sales rate continue, it will take about 8.7 months to sell all for the condos for sale in Danbury that are currently on the market. This figure is up from the 7.5 months it would have taken in April & May, but down from 11.8 months in June. At this time last year, supply was at appromately 8 months.
The good news is the that average days on market has decreased from 2009, from 119 days on the market to 77 days. Condos which have sold in July 2010 has gone for 96.1% of their orginal asking price on average, compared to 92.4% for the same time period in 2009.
