When you buy a condo, you still should get a home inspection. Just like a single family home, there can be things can wrong. I have seen items show up including the following:-Plumbing Fixtures not installed properly-Water damage of ceiling-Failed window seals-Flooring not installed properly-Applicances not secured properly-Water going out of faucet either too hot or not hot enough-Lack of GFI outlets in kitchens & baths-Garage motor not secured properly
