The central region of Danbury offers a number of affordable townhome & condos for buyers to choose from. I am including units ranging from the lower South Street corridor up to the town beach at Candlewood Lake. Almost all of the townhome communities have been constructed since 1980, and offer great space at reasonable prices.

Information per CMLS 11/18/2010, accurate but not guaranteed.

The sale price has gone up across the board mainly because of the increase of units going on the MLS at Timber Oaks, Danbury’s newest townhome communities. In smaller communities, the sale of a couple distress properties or units that are smaller than the others can have a major impact on the average sales price.
