Are Open Houses Required to Sell Your Condo in the Greater Danbury, CT Area?

A lot of condo owners tell me: 'I want to sell, but I don’t want the building hosting an open house where all my nosy neighbors come snoop through my stuff.'

Here’s the reality: the complex doesn’t host open houses. Individual owners do with their agent as market of their marketing strategy.

Your complex does not dictate how your home is shown. That means if having people browse through your home makes you uncomfortable, we simply don’t do a public open house. Sometimes over the years I have seen a few agents collaborate with each other and have all available homes for sale in their development do an open house at the same time so buyers can easily cross shop. Nothing is required.

We can keep it strictly appointment-only if that is what you wish. Every single person who walks through your door is a verified, pre-qualified buyer accompanied by an agent. Zero casual browsers. Zero awkward parking lot chat with neighbors who just wanted a free tour.

You're in the driver’s seat. Contact me for information if you are considering selling your Greater Danbury,CT area condo.
