The Rivington community sits on 321 prime acres on the west side of Danbury in between exit 1 & 2 on I-84. The Rivington neighborhoods features decorative street lamp, neighborhood sidewalks, city water & sewer and underground utilities historically inspired community located on 321 acres on Danbury's West Side.There were initially plans for 3 different neighborhood: The Hills, Encore Rivington & the Village. However, only part of the Hills community was completed because of the housing market troubles in other of the developer's communities in other parts of the country. The original plans called for a community clubhouse for residents of all three communities to enjoying having a concierge, lounge with a bar, tennis club, heated pools and more! Currently, the Rivington Hills community has a outdoor heated pool, cabana and tot lot. In early November 2010, it was announced that the original devolper (WCI) has sold the devolpment rights & land to Toll Brothers. Construction is going on at this time. Toll Brothers recently annouced The Mews,with single level condo which is expected to open in the middle of 2012.

Some units offer full basements, main level study's, and 3 or 4 bedrooms. There are also 4 mid rise ranch style designs, totaling 90 units, from 1190 to 1551 square feet.
