The Rivington community sits on 321 prime acres on the west side of Danbury in between exit 1 & 2 on I-84. The Rivington neighborhoods features decorative street lamps, neighborhood sidewalks, city water & sewer and underground utilities historically inspired community located on 321 acres on Danbury's West Side.There were initially plans for 3 different neighborhoods: The Hills, Encore Rivington & the Village. However, only part of the Hills community was completed because of the housing market troubles in other of the developer's communities in other parts of the country. The original plans called for a community clubhouse for residents of all three communities to enjoying having a concierge, lounge with a bar, tennis club, heated pools and more!
