Birchwood condos is located in a residential area in Danbury,CT, off of Shelter Rock Road. It is minutes to Newtown Road and the historically charming Bethel,CT village. There are 2 styles of units. There are ranches and townhome style units. Square footage ranges from 1100-1332 square feet above grade.Standard features include central air conditioning and in unit laundry. The units and layout of the neighborhood were set up to take advantage of the long range views available for this hilltop location.  They are feature two large bedrooms and one and half bathes. The condos also have great storage in the unit and generous closet space. Typical of the era of the construction, the units are heated with electric pump system.

The complex has been very well maintained over time. The roofs have been replaced recently. The grounds are beautiful. Ample resident and guest parking. In addition, on site recreational amenities include playground,pool and walking trail. Two pets are permitted, however only 1 dog is allowed per household and must be under 20 inches per regulations (6/1/2015). The community was built between 1985-1989. There are single story and townhouse unit designs.
