How to buy a home: -Find a great knowledge & professional Realtor in the area that you want to move to. -Have me refer to you a local mortgage broker & banks to get prequalified. -Figure out what your budget will be, and notify your Realtor how much you want to spend. -Make a list of things you need or would like to have in your condo, and have your Realtor send you listings matching your criteria. -House Hunt in person and repeat as needed until you find 'the one'. -I will provide you pertinent information help with your decision, such as obtain property disclosures,utility bills and get some of your questions about the townhome community answered.We will review comaprable sales to determine what fair market value is. -Write an offer and negoitate. Once offer is signed, have Realtor send recommendation of inspectors & closing attorney. -Have building inspection and negoitate items needs urgent fixing/safety. -Apply for mortgage. -Sign contracts with your attorney. -Follow through on your mortgage & get clear to close. -Attend walkthrough, close & you are a homeowner!
