Rentals

For tenants: I understand about the commitment about not looking purchasing a home. I treat renters the same as if you were buying a home. by providing you tools and information that you need. Renters to get up to date & current status on available properties because you see on the websites might accurate. Within 30-45 days from your desired move in date, we need to start looking. It is pretty easy to set an appointment to go look at properties, providing that you have reasonable exceptations & give me enough notice to prepare.Good apartments do go quickly, so when you might a place, don't wait aroud. It is expected to provide a credit check ,proof of employment and references with an offer to rent. We will address any questions about the property before making an offer. We will review the latest market activity to see if the asking price is fair, and prepare an offer. It is not my decision if any owner will agree to rent you their property or not.We will review the lease prior to signing, and I will get you the utility information. For owners: We do almost as much marketing for your property to rent,as we do for if you were looking to sell for your home. I will offer any suggestions for any fixes or improvements that need to be done before we put your home on the market. Our online marketing platform, complete with pictures & a great description, brings many qualified leads for your property to get your home rented quickly. Being active in the field helps me determine what a fair market value rent is to get you a tenant in a timely manner.We will show your home to qualified tenants, and if they decide to make an offer, collect pertinent information, such as a credit report, proof of employment and references for you to review to evaluate the candidate to help in your decision process. We can also prepare the lease on your behalf.We will also set up a meeting for you to meet the tenant, collect information & checks, exchange the keys as well as have a walkthrough on your property (if desired) with the renter.
