Choosing A Real Estate Agent To Work With To Buy A Home in Danbury,CT

There are many factors on deciding which real estate agent that you want to partner with for finding a new home in Greater Danbury & Candlewoood Lake area of Connecticut. By choosing the right real estate professional, you have save yourself time, money and stress in the moving process. Think about the following questions when you met with an agent when you are considering purchasing a home.


-How often do you get back to me?
-How do  showings work?
-Can we go after work and weekends? -
-Will you show me all of your listings, not just for your offices?
-Do you speak your opinion after seeing houses?
-Do you know what other area homes are selling for?
-Do you take separate cars to houses?
-Would you tell me if a house we see is a good fit or not?
-We will be spending a lot of time together. Do you think we would work well together?
-Are you a full time real estate agent?
-How do you feel about the possibly of a short sale or foreclosure? 
-How long can we spend at each house?
-Do you have an idea of neighborhoods that would fit our needs?
-What would you put in an offer to protect me?
-Is our budget realistic for what we are looking for in a home?
-How do you recommend a bidding strategy?
-Do you have any recommend lenders,home inspector or attorney?
-In the past, how many offers and house viewings do your clients take til they get the right home?
-Where do you recommend we search for homes online?
-Can we see  a house that we like more than onece?
-How does making an offer work?
-How long does it take to close once an offer has been accepted?
